Here is an example of what I eat in a day to help me stay slim and healthy as a 57 year old woman (nearly 58!!). Breakfast -Scrambled Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Avocado, Tomatoes. Lunch - Baked Potato, Tuna (mixed with Greek Yogurt), Salad. Dinner -Salmon, Mango Salad. No cravings, no snacks, no processed sugar. All easy to cook, simple meals.
